Fever after immunisation

My 4 month old baby just had his immunisation. And he develop a fever. Can recommend me if it’s ok to use the fever kool pad on forehead?

I will sponge down and give prescribe fever medication by doctor.

They have the one for baby. Pigeon brand has it too.
