Acne on toddler

my 3year old cheeks have started having little acnes and it now have gotten progressively worse. Any solution?

Hi mummy, have you seen a doctor? Is it fungal? Or skin reaction towards environment? Or food?

    doc just ask apply moisturizer which isnt helping
