Belly drop at 28weeks
This is my 3rd pregnancy but the only one that i notice my belly suddenly dropped overnight. Im only 28 weeks now, is it normal?

Wah, third pregnancy and still can surprise you right! From what I've generally heard, at 28 weeks it's actually more likely the baby has just grown bigger and is sitting lower due to the extra weight, rather than a true "lightening drop" which usually happens closer to 36-38 weeks, so it may just feel like a drop overnight but isn't necessarily the pelvis preparing yet. That said, some mums do experience early lightening, especially by the third pregnancy when the muscles are already more relaxed and stretched, so the baby can shift position earlier than you'd expect. It's worth watching whether you have other symptoms alongside it, like increased pelvic pressure, more frequent toilet trips, or changes in breathing, since those together would give a clearer picture. Either way, since every pregnancy is different and this one is already behaving differently from your previous two, it's really best to just check with your gynae or midwife to rule out anything that needs attention.
