Double stroller or single stroller

My 3rd child is 4 this year, but still sometimes comfortable to seat inside the stroller... I have about 8 weeks to pop,,and I don't know should I get a double stroller or single stroller,, any opinions? TIA

a lot of mums I know have gone with a convertible single-to-double tandem stroller, so at least you have the option to add the second seat when baby arrives without committing fully upfront. The main thing people flag though is that those convertible ones do get quite bulky and heavy, so if you're often navigating crowded malls or tight MRT spaces on your own, that can be a bit of a challenge. My friend actually tried managing a double stroller solo on public transport and said it was manageable but you really need to plan your routes carefully, especially with lifts. Since your 4-year-old will likely outgrow the stroller need pretty soon, a good middle ground might be getting a single stroller for the newborn plus a buggy board attachment for your older one on days when little legs get tired, lighter, easier to maneuver, and honestly more practical for Singapore's busy spaces!
