lower abdomen cramp

am 39 weeks alrd and i start having lower abdominal area cramp till leg but the cramps is bearable to me. Just wanna ask Issit normal??? or should i go to the hospital....... #firstbaby #1stpregnnt

Have to monitor for how long, but when in doubt, can always call up your gynae.
