lower abdomen cramp

am 39 weeks alrd and i start having lower abdominal area cramp till leg but the cramps is bearable to me. Just wanna ask Issit normal??? or should i go to the hospital....... #firstbaby #1stpregnnt

You can wait till they are regular and come every 5-10 minutes:) or if your water bag bursts
