Acid reflux

At 38 weeks + 1 and still struggling daily with acid reflux. Medicine to tame it barely works these days to ease the reflux. Anyone else going through the same thing? What do you do about it?

it seems these little things play a role huh... thanks so much for your guidance ill put it into practice. really cant deal w the reflux any longer im miserable
