Eczema/PUPPP rashes
37weeks today pero palala ng palala yung rashes ko.sobrang nakakairita sobrang kati. 😭😭😭 mawawala lang daw after ko manganak. Naexperience nyo din ba to?
Ay, poor you, mama! A few of us sa mommy group namin ay nag-experience din ng ganyan towards the end ng pregnancy, one friend swears it was PUPPP and sobrang intense talaga yung itching, parang crawling sensation daw. True na mawawala usually after delivery, pero 37 weeks pa lang you and kailangan mo ng relief na ngayon, hindi after! I'd suggest checking with your OB asap kasi may mga safe options for eczema or PUPPP during pregnancy (like certain topical creams or antihistamines) na pwedeng i-prescribe para ma-comfort ka na habang nandito ka pa. Fingers crossed mabilis kang ma-deliver, pero hanggang doon try cool compresses and wear loose, soft fabrics para less irritating. Hugs, mama, last stretch na!
