Congratulations, mama! You're so close na, 37 weeks is wonderful, and honestly, first-time moms at 41 having a planned CS, marami sa amin have been there, so you're not alone sa journey na ito. A few of my mum friends who had high-risk pregnancies said the best thing they did was trust their doctors completely and just focus on the final weeks, rest as much as you can, have your hospital bag ready, and mentally prepare for the CS experience kasi it's different from vaginal delivery pero sobrang smooth siya when you know what to expect.
