Eh, dah masuk 37 weeks dah, so technically bolehlah deliver anytime lah! Turun lendir darah and 2cm dilation tu signs yang badan dah prepare, tapi honestly every mum's labour is different, a few of my friends macam lingering jer for days after lendir turun, some gerak cepat je. Since you're already feeling contractions after the check-up, maybe boleh jadi labour starts soon or boleh jugak jadi false labour dulu (happened to me lah). Safest la contact your doctor or midwife to track your progress and make sure everything okay, esp since you're already having contractions, they'll know better based on your cervix condition and baby's position.
