Runny nose

My 3.5 month has a bit of a runny nose from one nosetril. What should I do? Need medication or wait to go off on its own?

If it’s quite a fair bit such that baby has problems breathing, can try using the nasal aspirator. At such a young age, no medicine is appropriate. Also steer clear from air con rooms, keep baby warm, and breastfeed if possible:)
