Anak, please call your OB or go to the hospital now to get checked, at 34 weeks with twins, any changes like that need proper assessment right away, hindi pwedeng antayan. You're doing the right thing by reaching out, pero kailangan mo talaga ng doctor to make sure baby and you are okay. Fingers crossed it's just Braxton-Hicks or normal third-trimester stuff, pero better safe than sorry lalo na kayo ay dalawa ang bata. Keep us posted, ha?
