Heartburn

Same with me on my last pregnancy. Severe heartburn. Usually heartburn happens when pregnancy mom got high bp. But not all heartburn related to high bp. In my case, I got high bp that time, fasting some more and heartburn became severe + dehydrated. Doc advised me to break my fasting and drip 2 bottles of water. Alhamdulillah. Nothing serious. Just please let your doc know about it. So they can do the necessary. Take care !

i know heartburn can be such a nuisance especially when going to sleep.even gaviscon cant do much. try drinking soy bean milk. and prepare plastic bag near u so u can spit it out.sleep on back?i dont think its a problem.only that baby wont get as much oxygen compare to sleeping on ur sides. plus u will have back pain cz all the weight focus on ur back.

you need to tell your doctor. monitor your BP as well.

normal
