Sayang, cramping kat 32 weeks boleh jadi normal (Braxton Hicks contractions), tapi sebab first baby and you're worried, better you check with your doctor or midwife dulu, they can examine you properly and make sure everything okay. A few of us mums pun rasa confused masa first pregnancy, so jangan malu nak tanya! Kalau sakit tu sangat teruk or ada bleeding, go to emergency ya. Jaga diri baik-baik!
