30 weeks pregnant and experiencing a mild pain in lower back.. Very similar to period cramps.. What could it mean

Maybe the pains on the side of your baby bump, caused by your expanding womb ('round ligament pains'), if it gets more intense, do see your gynaecologist as it may be sign of early labor.
