Baby acnes

My 3 months old baby starts developing some sort of pop on his face. It looks like pimples but kinda have pus in it (sometimes). Is it normal? Is it pimple? Any recommendations what can we do to reduce it. He's been having it since baby and I really want to see my baby's face clean and smooth 😪 doc keeps saying it will go away on its own but it doesn't.

Yesss, baby acnes (including those which looks like oil bubbles) are normal and will go away on its own. Just use warm water and clean bb’s face after every feed/if the weather is hot. I’ll take a break from creams and let the skin have a breather first before starting on the creams again. Creams I used which was very effective for my bb: Sebamed daily facial cream and Sudocrem. I don’t apply it on the entire face, only affected spots/area. After shower I use baby lotion. (Cetaphil)
