My LO still couldn’t support her head.

My 3 months LO still not able to support her head well . Is it normal? #1stimemom

No need to worry so much. It takes some time for the muscle to grow fully to support their head up. You can help your lo to do more tummy time. It helps them to strengthen their neck and shoulder muscles as well as teach them how to flip.
