Mini ulcer

My 3 month plus old seems like got mini ulcer on the roof in the mouth. Maybe thats why she dont want to be bottle fed what should I do?

Sounds like tonsils if baby rrjects milk and not wanting to drink. Can try go to polyclinic or hospital for a thorough check up.
