Aww, jangan risau dulu, tiap baby develop at their own pace, and 3 bulan memang masih early lagi for head control, especially kalau dia born prematurely even. Tapi since the clinic dah set a 4-month window, definitely monitor dia closely dan tengok if ada progress in the next few weeks, kalau by 4 bulan still takde sign of lifting kepala or kalau ada lain-lain yang nampak off (macam muscle tone, responsiveness), better check dengan paediatrician just to be sure, they can do a proper assessment dan guide you better.
