due 13/4 Selamat Bersalin 11/4 Alhamdulillah

2nd baby. memang appointment serah diri pada 10/4 8am utk induce. tapi cek mmg bukaan dah 2cm. tp induce 4pm. contraction manja² smpai 1.30am (11/4) 2.30am - 4.30am layan contraction kuat dgn style hembus² mmg bagi kurang sakit n tenang cara ni. ada jugak mntak² tnya nurse nak minta pain killer cocok ponggong tp tak sempat sbb terus rasa nak yak jam 4.45am 🙈 kalut nurse bawak ke labor room 5am rupanya dah 8cm. 5.13am selamat bersalin.

Alhamdulillah, congrats on your safe delivery! Wow, your second labour was so fast, from 8cm to baby in 13 minutes, no wonder you didn't have time for the epidural haha! I think many of us second-time mums find that breathing and swaying really do help manage the contractions, especially when you know what to expect; a few of my mum friends said the same thing about how much calmer they felt second time around. You did amazing, and the fact that you managed without pain relief shows how strong your body is, treasure this memory because honestly these intense moments pass so quickly we almost forget how we survived them! Rest well now and enjoy your newborn.
