Two days is still okay naman for mixed fed babies, lalo na kung mostly breastfed pa, kasi sometimes ang breast milk alone ay mas konti ang pooping compared sa formula babies, pero I'd still check with your pedia if baby seems uncomfortable or may hard belly, or if it goes past 3-4 days na. A few of my mum friends said their babies would go 2-3 days between poops when mostly breastfed, pero better safe than sorry, especially kung first time mom ka pa lang. Saan ba nag-feed ng formula, breastfeed lang ba talaga most of the time? That might help the doc understand the pattern better.
