Anyone been informed of echogenic bowels found on sonogram?

At 28 weeks growth scan. Looking for some assurance :/ was told it can be normal by gynae but he’ll schedule another scan at 34 weeks.. but can’t help being worried!

Hi! If its just 1 its perfectly normal. Im currently 39 weeks, gynae found an echogenic nodule, a bright spot, on baby’s left ventricle on my 20w detailed scan and says that its normal finding. If it’s more than 3 then it might indicate something. Dont worry too much!
