Lower Abdominal Pain

25 weeks pregnant and having a constant lower back pain and sharp shooting pain in the lower abdomen, which only happens in the later part of the day. Can anyone tell me what are these signs meant for? I was warded few days ago and diagnosed as possible uti or abdominal muscle cramp. Please help!
