At my 20th week now, and I have some really sore and intense backaches occasionally. I can't pin point the exact spot of the pain, but its usually on my left lower back. Do others mums feel it too? Would pre-partum massage help?
it's normal. because baby is getting bigger, uterus expands as well as our hips. just do gentle exercise and stretches. prenatal massage can help but too risky because of pandemic.
