Ectopic pregnancy

Question

2021 nagkaectopic na ko sa right side pero hiniwa lang at kinuha ung blood, meaning i still have 2 fallopian tube, then this year im pregnant. LMP: Nov 29,2022Dec:31 - Nag pt ako positive faint line Jan 1 - nagpaultrasound ako wala pa nakitaJan 3 - may spotting akoJan 4- ultrasound ulit and may PCOS ako bigla both sidePero pina HCG nya ko to confirm pregnancyJan 5 - nag pt ako ulit malinaw na positive Jan 6- result ng hCG malinaw daw buntis talaga ako. Ultrasound ulit at nakita na nya sa matres ko GS daw is 4 weeks 5 days. Pinainom ako duphaston at ung mga vitamins. Jan 13- Ultrasound diagnosed as ectopic sa left side. May heartbeat na din. Possible kaya na misdiagnose lang nya as ectopic? kasi bakit paiba iba ang findings. :( T.T Magpapa2nd opinion ako bukas. Pero baka may ka pareho ako dito ng experience.#ectopicPregnancy

Anak, I know this is really scary and confusing with the different findings, please see another doctor today or tomorrow for that second opinion, it's so important for you. A few of us mums have been through confusing ultrasound results early on, and honestly, getting a second opinion right away is the best thing you can do, different machines, different doctors, sometimes it makes a difference. Wag kang mag-atubili to go to the emergency room or call your OB now if you have severe pain or heavy bleeding, okay? Rooting for you, and I hope the next scan brings clearer answers.
