Hmm, three months postpartum nosebleeds are a bit unusual, a few of us moms experienced random bleeding issues after delivery kasi hormones are still all over the place, pero I'd really suggest checking with your OB or doctor about this para ma-rule out kung may iron deficiency or blood pressure concerns, lalo na since ito yung second baby mo.
