Milk supply & pump duration

2 questions: Does anyone experience pumping lesser milk from week 3 after giving birth? During my first 2 weeks, i could pump 150ml. Right now, i am pumping about 100ml. I did jamu massage on my 2nd week and she helped to massage the breast. Is it because of the massage that promote milk supply? Also, when I was at the hospital, the lactation consultant mentioned to pump 15 mins, so i have been following strictly 15 mins. Am i supposed to pump longer given that baby is slowly increasing her intake?

15mins is sufficient to pump, but you can increase to 20mins if you prefer. Actually what you need to do is pump more frequently. If you’re doing every 4 hours, pump every 3 hours instead consistently, even during the night.
