Best advice please!

My 2 months old baby has redness on the folds of her neck. Makintab sya and minsan may amoy na tila malansa. I always make sure naman na walang nag-i spill na milk sa leeg nya. Did you experienced this with your babies? Pano nyo po natreat? Right now I tried my best to have her sleep na nakataas yung leeg nya para makahinga.
