Baby cry when in stroller and carrier

My 2 months bb always cry like hell whenever i put him into the stroller or carry him by carrier, what can i do to make him calm when in stroller or carrier 😔

My 2 mths bb put in stroller cry, start pushing she KO. But when put in playpen or put down only, she cry like hell.
