Wasted milk

My 2 month old baby tends not to drink the last 10ml to 20ml of the formula milk. No matter if I reduce the next milk intake..it ends up the same. How can I avoid this or ensure he finishes it up? Formula milk is not cheap 😮‍💨🥲
