Baby 4 months 3 weeks,refuse milk .
This 2 days, baby taknak minum susu. Ada minum juga lps bbrp jam. Selalu routine every 2 n half hours. Skrg every 4 hours. Byk menangis. Diam kalau angkt. Knp ya? Kena tukar susu ke? Bottle n susu sama Dari lahir. Sblm ni ok. Dah letak minyak dah bg gripe water. Dah bersih lidah. Blh share experience mom d sana
Jangan risau sangat ya, saya faham betapa bimbangnya bila baby tiba-tiba macam ni! Someone in my mum WhatsApp group pernah cerita pasal benda sama, rupanya ada pakar pediatrik yang explain yang fasa 4 bulan ni memang normal, baby tengah through a developmental phase so their feeding pattern pun boleh berubah sikit, bukan bermakna ada masalah besar. My neighbour pun share that her baby was very similar, more crying, nak didukung je, minum every 4 hours instead of usual, and her doctor cakap as long as baby still producing wet diapers and gaining weight, it's okay to monitor dulu. One friend also mentioned maybe try skin-to-skin time bila baby nampak macam nak minum, sebab kadang tu boleh comfort them and encourage feeding semula, especially kalau baby a bit unsettled. Pasal botol tu pun, someone in my circle highlighted yang sometimes even the same bottle can feel different to baby bila diorang dah grow, teat size or flow mungkin perlu check semula. That said, since baby banyak menangis and refusing for 2 days already, it really would be best to have a proper check with your paediatrician just to rule out anything like ear infection or reflux, which can also cause baby to refuse milk ya, better safe than sorry, and you'll feel so much more at ease!
