Yan ay normal talaga, lalo na kung first time mo lang magkaroon ng period after CS, marami sa amin nararanasan yan, parang ang tiyan ay sobrang sensitive pa dahil sa healing ng incision site kaya mas nasasore ang cramps. But since ito ang first time mo and it's localized sa left side, I'd suggest checking with your OB just to be sure everything's healing properly, okay? Some of my mum friends din nag-alala nang tuluy-tuloy kaya tinreat nila ng proper exam, at it turned out normal lang, basta walang infection or anything serious. Take care, mama!
