Hey mama! Check with your barangay health center, lahat ng barangay sa Metro Manila ay may free prenatal and wellness checkups, kailangan mo lang pumunta with your ID at proof ng residency. A few of my mum friends din nag-avail ng free services sa Philippine General Hospital at East Avenue Medical Center, pero kailangan mo mag-inquire directly kung ano exact requirements nila ngayon.
