Hi mummies to be, May i check anyone ate yole or llaollao yogurt when preggy?

ate both as they are less sweeter compared to ice cream. Have to control though cause it's cold and therefore not very good for mum and baby if prone to cough and may cause asthma for baby that's what I heard.
