i dont have a sweet tooth. not a sweet tooth person. at least yoghurt is healthier. i started eating a lot of junks and ice cream during pregnancy. its fine to eat those once in awhile, rmb to control your diet

ate both as they are less sweeter compared to ice cream. Have to control though cause it's cold and therefore not very good for mum and baby if prone to cough and may cause asthma for baby that's what I heard.

ME! ME! I ate a lot of froyo when I was pregnant. I would usually crave for the ones with chocolate toppings, berries, watermelon and biscoff 🥰

Ate both 😊 love my milky thick ice cream but I'm trying to cut down so this is like the healthier version of ice cream.

Ate both, and those normal yogurts as well! & cold drinks (but will try to leave it outside for awhile)

Yes, mostly I will take fruits topping options to stay healthy.
