Aiyoh don't worry too much lah, baby being a week smaller is actually quite common, many of my mum friends had the same situation and everything turned out fine! Definitely mention this to your gynae at your next checkup though, sebab dia boleh monitor growth properly and make sure baby's doing okay, which will give you peace of mind. First time mummy memang stressful, tapi doctors handle this semua the time, so you're in good hands. Hang in there!
