Massages in 1st trimester

Hi, is it ok to go for normal massage in first trimester? I woke up on the wrong side this morning and my shoulder really hurts :( #1stimemom

only after week 20 then they will massage for u.. u just use warm towel place at your shoulder to relieve the pain. cant use salon pas as well

my gynae said some salon pas contain certain medicated thingy that may not be good. I also bought a lot when in Japan. but couldn't use for first tri. so I tahan all the way till week 20 and every month go for my 2 hour massage for my 2 preg till I deliver
