I'm in second trimester and still have bloating. Sometimes I can't even sleep properly 😟Then I take a Ayurvedic medicine called Pudin hara, made of mint. Sometimes when the bloating is too bad I drink plain soda. Some say it increases bloating but in my case it helps me burp and then I feel better. Food wise I don't know what triggers me exactly. I use ginger (crushed, so that it gives max juice) in food. And also drink ginger honey tea. Helps to some extent

I hardly eat and feel nausea and bloated during 1st trim. Almost can’t eat n drink. So my doctor told me to keep myself hydrated like take 100 Plus. I try to avoid rice cos hard to digest.. so when my appetite is bad I take a lot of fruits like apple strawberries blueberries kiwis and they help me a lot I’m feeling better. Take some plain crackers in the morning n they also help.. don’t force urself to eat. If still so bad.. seek your doctor for help..
