I’ve been having hip/butt pain and been doing these exercises. You can try to see if it helps. Actually, when i first has it quite mild, the 2nd pic from the left was the only exercise i did and it works wonder. Sit on a chair with your left ankle on right knee. While keeping your back straight, bend over until you feel a stretch around your butt. Do the same for the right ankle on left knee. You can also search for stretches for sciatica pain.
