Try alkaline water pricey but beneficial and worth it. I developed acid reflux when i got pregnant also had constipation and alkaline water helps to combat those 2 problems of mine
Drink plenty of Warm water, have some walks and eat more fibrous foods.. you can Also try Lactulose, that's what GP gave me when I started having constipation during my 1st Trisem.
Try eating dragon fruit for a few days in a roll… you will most likely see a difference. Basically increase water n fruit intake but I find dragon fruit to be the best so far.
