It’s normal to lose appetite in the first trimester. I lost 10kg in the first trimester for both pregnancies.
Just be sure you’re getting well-balanced meals everyday. Small portions more frequently, instead of big portions 3 times a day. Snacks in between. Soon you’ll have food aversions (rice, soup and meat was mine), nausea and acid reflux - gagging all day everyday. If that happens to you, ointment works for me, drink plenty of water to keep the acid down, avoid greasy and oily food too.
Eat your folic acid, this is very important.
