Kantung kosong & spotting/bleeding

Question

1st scan 26/11 ikut calculation dh 6weeks. Scan nmpk kantung ja. Doctor suruh repeat scan in 2weeks. Tapi after 3weeks pergi scan klinik lain. Still nmpak kantung ja. Tapi size kantung membesar doctor kata baru 6weeks. Doctor suruh repeat scan in 2weeks. Selepas seminggu 3hari ada spotting. Hari pertama and kedua sekali keluar ja. Hari ketiga keluar few times. Bila kencing keluar darah sikit. Mcm period dtg 1st day. Pergi scan kantung masih kosong. Doctor suspected blighted ovum. Tapi disebabkn size kantung kurang 25mm. Doctor suruh monitor. Kantung pun doctor ckp dh xberapa cantik bentuknya x mcm sblm ni punya scan. Doctor bg masa 2weeks utk dia jatuh sendiri. Tapi Next week ada appointment buka buku pink di KK. Patutkah saya pergi appointment tu atau xperlu jika kantung xjatuh  lg sblm appointment date tu??? Saya mmg dh redha jika kandungan ni xjd. Doctor pun td mcm 80/20 nk cnfrm xjd. #pleasehelp #firstmom #firstbaby

Sayang, Im so sorry youre going through this, its really stressful and emotional This is one of those situations where you really need to be guided by your doctor whos been monitoring your scans, bukan internet advice. Since your KK appointment is next week and your doctor gave you 2 weeks to monitor, Id suggest go ahead with the pink book appointment , KK doctors will want to see your scan results anyway and can advise you on next steps based on whats actually happening. Dont skip it thinking the outcome might change; better to be there and get proper care. Spotting and bleeding at this stage is scary, but please if the bleeding gets heavier or you have severe pain, go to emergency straightaway , jangan tunggu. A few of my mum friends went through similar situations and what helped them was staying connected with their doctor, asking all their questions at the next appointment, and not making big decisions alone. Youre not alone in this, and KK can support you through whatever happens next. Sending you strength, babe.
