Itchinesson 1st tri

Hi, this is my 1st pregnancy and im on my 1st tri 6 wks. Lately ive been feeling super itchy especially my scalp/head. The itch wont go away and i wonder why. Then i start to have small itch bumps on my arms. Is this normal ):#pleasehelp
