How do you know that you are pregnant?

My husband sense it because I always felt nausea and dizzy. I tried to deny it but my husband insisted to get me for pregnancy test at clinic, and end up it's been 5 weeks old. Now our daughter already 9 months old and actively exploring world. How fast time flies. 💕
