At 19 weeks it's still quite early and movements can be really subtle, especially if you can't quite remember how it felt last time. Some days you'll feel more and some days less depending on baby's position and how active they're being, so that's pretty normal. That said, if you're worried or want to check that everything's fine, might be good to bring it up at your next PD or polyclinic visit just to be safe and put your mind at ease.
It’s like bubble popping feeling! It’s normal for week 19 because your baby is still small and has a lot of spaces to move! When you’re in trimester 3, the space for your baby will be limited and that’s when you can really feel the hard kicks and movement.
