18 weeks... 18 weeks should be in 4th or 5th months? Anyone can advise?

1 month=4weeks =30 days. we pregnant 40weeks=10months so 18 weeks should be 4months 2weeks. if like me that day at 35weeks dr scan she say im 8months so she also follow the 1month = 4 weeks.
