18 weeks pregnant and today came out a white discharge, abit thick.. do u think is normal? Abit worried because so far its not so thick..

No smell but my womb has like a cramp sort of feeling.. some said due to the baby movement but i dont even know whats the baby movement feeling like.. sigh
