18 days Newborn

My 18 days Newborn keeps moaning and grunting when he’s sleeping. And his face turns red whenever he does so. Is this normal?

did he lie down too fast after milk? or is his cot overcrowded with baby items? Pls also bring him to doctor and check for ease of mind. Hope all is well
