At 14 weeks it's still quite early, but some places can give you an indication if the baby is positioned well and your sonographer is experienced. My girl's gender was confirmed at 16 weeks, and even then the radiographer said positioning matters a lot. If you're keen to find out, you can ask at your next scan whether they can tell, but don't be too disappointed if they say to come back in a couple of weeks when it's clearer.
