Test at 12 weeks

Hello, At 12 weeks I am suggested to have test. Given are 2 options OSCAR or NIPT. Which test is recommended out of both? Also, wanted to know what all tests do we have to undergo during pregnancy?

if u have the money both, as oscar does ultrasounds while NIPT only blood test. however, NIPT are 99% accuracy rather than oscar at 90%. NIPT able to know gender as well

Did the NIPT. More ex but more accurate. For that peace of mind.

If u are above 30, go for nipt to screen for risks.
